1. Order Confirmation & Payment‍ ‍

All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. No orders will be started or secured without payment. All payments are non-refundable once accepted.

2. Order Type (Alcohol vs Non-Alcohol)

Liquor Delights offers both alcohol-infused and non-alcoholic products. It is the customer’s responsibility to clearly select and confirm their preference when placing an order.

3. Age Requirement (Alcohol Orders Only – 19+)‍ ‍

Alcohol-infused products are strictly available to customers 19 years or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required.

Liquor Delights reserves the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided.

4. Alcohol Content Disclaimer

Alcohol-infused products are intended for responsible adult consumption only. While most alcohol may be baked or infused into the product, trace amounts can remain.

5. Responsibility & Liability

Liquor Delights is not responsible for misuse of alcohol-infused products. Customers must ensure products are consumed responsibly and not shared with minors.

6. Custom Orders

All custom designs, flavors, and (if applicable) alcohol selections must be confirmed before payment. Once finalized, no major changes can be made.

7. Order Processing Time

Please allow a minimum of 48–72 hours for standard orders. Larger or custom orders may require additional time. Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee.

8. No-Show Policy‍ ‍

Failure to follow through with your order or lack of communication may result in forfeiture of your order and payment.

9. Allergies & Ingredients‍ ‍

Products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies. Liquor Delights is not liable for allergic reactions.

10. Quality & Storage‍ ‍

Once the order is completed, Liquor Delights is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or improper storage. Products should be stored properly and kept out of reach of children.

11. Design Disclaimer‍ ‍

While we aim to match inspiration photos, exact replication is not guaranteed. Each order is uniquely handcrafted.

12. Refunds & Cancellations‍ ‍

No refunds will be issued after payment is made. If Liquor Delights must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided.

13. Agreement‍ ‍

By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
